Inspection Overview Page

The inspection overview page provides a useful page of information about the inspection.

It displays contact details for the policy holder and the agent. It also provides access to a map, appointment details, history notes and buttons to log no access reasons and complete the inspection.

The Inspection Overview page can be accessed by tapping on the inspection row in the Inspections list.

Contact Details​

The Overview shows the contact details of the insured party and the insurance agent.

Tap on the Policyholder section or Agent section to get further details on each, e.g. (name, address, phone number and email):

It gives you a useful way of contacting the owner or the agent.

If you require to call the owner or agent, then simply tap on the phone number, this will initiate the call dialog:

Similarly, if you require to email the owner or agent, then tap on the email address to bring up an email page.

Map​

Tap on the Address to access the Map:

Appointment​

Appointment Details are displayed:

It can be amended if necessary by tapping on the appointment (iOS) or using the Remove/Appointment buttons (Android).

Complete Inspection​

In the iOS App, tap on the Complete button when you have finished the inspection:

In the Android ArcPro App, the Complete button can be found in the Actions menu:

Tap Actions, then Complete:

History and Notes​

The inspection history list displays actions that have occurred in the inspection e.g. when an appointment is created; when a no access reason was logged; when the inspection has been assigned to an inspector; etc. It also displays any history notes that have been added to the inspection.

Tap the + button (iOS) or Text button (Android) to add a new note
